About me

Hearingmyvibes isn’t just a brand, it’s a reminder to hear what matters most, and it’s within you (your vibes). I will help you create safety within, connect with your emotions, awaken your creative energy, and explore deep healing in a supportive environment.

For many years, I lived a life that looked “right” on the outside. I studied, worked hard, followed expectations, and kept moving-believing that was what life was meant to be. But slowly, I began to lose connection with myself.
Until one day, I burned out.

I found myself disconnected, not only from my body and emotions, but from real joy, presence, and meaning. I had been moving too fast for too long, without ever asking: “What truly lights me up?”

That question changed everything.

I began the slow and vulnerable process of coming home to myself-through working on myself, meditation, journaling, spirituality and art. I started moving again, but not in the rushed, rigid way I once did. I discovered the medicine of slow, conscious somatic movement, and how it helps us feel again. I cried. I breathed. I danced. I painted.

And something beautiful happened:
I found my authentic path.

Since then, I’ve trained in Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing. I’ve blended all these tools into an approach that honors the wisdom of the body and the healing power of creativity.

This is my path.
Welcome to yours. ✨

With Hearing My Vibes, I now hold space for others to do the same:
To slow down. To feel. To reconnect. To create.
To remember that healing is not a destination-it’s a rhythm.

Through 1:1 and group sessions, we explore together:
     • Guided meditations and breathwork
     • Slow somatic movement to awaken presence
     • Osho dynamics to shake loose stuck emotion
     • Creative expression through painting, dance, or voice
     • Inner child reconnection and heart-based healing

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about listening to your inner rhythm, your vibe.
That’s where freedom lives.
